摘要 我国传统的法学教育过于偏重知识的传授,缺乏必要的职业技能训练,学生的实践能力较弱,加强法学专业学生职业技能的培养,一直是我国法学教育中探讨的一个重要问题。文章提出改革单一的法学专业实践教学模式为多重实践教学方法整合的模式,重构"五位一体、诊所互动"的实践教学模式,以期对提高一般院校法学专业学生实践能力和职业技能作出有益的探索。 For the tradition law teaching methods merely attach important to knowledge and instruction the training of legal profession, the university students lack the essential technique training. How to strengthen the training of the practical ability of the students of Law Major has long been a important problem in the Law education in China. This paper setting to reform the traditional law teaching methods with practice as the unique approach to improve student's ability and build up a comprehensive five- way- unite te^hing pattern with the clinical- interactive teaching methods has great significance in enhancing the practical ability and professional skill of the law students in ordinary colleges and universities.
