摘要
针对目前发动机尾气排放测量中还没有一种可以有效收集发动机尾气中甲醛排放的方法,利用甲醛与水互溶的特性,设计了根据溶水法收集发动机尾气中甲醛排放的装置,在试验中取得了良好的效果。同时探索利用分光光度法测量发动机尾气中的甲醛排放,试验证明使用分光光度法测量发动机的甲醛排放是可行的。利用以上装置和方法对不同比率的甲醇汽油在不同工况下发动机尾气中甲醛排放特性进行了研究,结果表明:甲醛排放与燃料中甲醇含量成正比,与发动机转速和负荷成反比。
Although there are quite a lot of methods for formaldehyde measurement, it is difficult to collect effectively the formaldehyde emission from the engine exhaust gas. Based on the fact that formaldehyde can dissolve in water at any proportion, a formaldehyde collection equipment was developed by water dissolution technique. The formaldehyde concentration in the engine exhaust emissions was measured by a spectrophotometer, and its feasibility was validated by tests. The formaldehyde emission characteristics from art engine fuelled by gasoline-methanol blends with different blending proportions under different working conditions were investigaled by the developed equipment and suggested technique. The results show that the formaldehyde emission is direct proportional to the methanol fraction in the fuel blend, and in inverse proportion with the engine speed and load.
