家具城内空气中甲醛水平对人体健康影响分析 被引量:1

ANALYSIS ON EXPOSURE LEVELS OF FREE FORMALDEHYDE IN INDOOR ENVIRONMENT IN FURNITURE MARKETS.

摘要 目的:了解家具城室内环境游离性甲醛暴露情况。方法:对大理市2家家具城室内游离性甲醛含量进行检测,同时对家具城从业人员与消费者的装修污染认知水平及主观感觉、呼吸道症状发生率进行调查。结果:家具城内环境游离性甲醛平均浓度为(0·082±0·026)mg/m3,超出国家规定的居室内空气中甲醛最高容许浓度标准(0·08mg/m3),样品超标率为31·25%;游离性甲醛暴露水平,家具城内环境4个角落检测数据显著高于正厅和室外对照(P<0·05);家具城从业人员与消费者对装修污染的认识存在偏差,甚至误解;从业人员主观感受、呼吸症状发生率与消费者相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0·05)。结论:加强家具城室内环境卫生监督与监测,通风排毒减少甲醛污染;改进家具加工木制板材工艺,减少甲醛释放;做好职业环境健康促进,增强从业人员与消费者的装修污染意识。 Objective: To know exposure levels of free formaldehyde. Method: The sanitary qualities of free formaldehyde in indoor environment in furniture markets were detected. The knowledge of indoor decoration pollution, the subjective sensations, the prevalence rates of symptoms of respiratory system of the employees and customers in furniture markets were also investigated in Dali city. Results: The average concentration of free formaldehyde in indoor environment in furniture markets was 0.082 ± 0.026 mg/ m^3 which exceeded the sanitary standard of GB/T 16127 - 1996 (0.08 mg/m^3). And the over standard rate for the samples was 31.25%. Exposure levels of free formaldehyde were different in sampling point. That in mail hall was lower than that in the four comers in furniture markets (P〈0.05). 183 employees and coustomers had deviation in knowledge of indoor decoration pollution and some of them even had misunderstanding. Non- significant difference in symptoms of respiratory system of the employees compared with the customers (P 〉0.05). Conclusion: The sanitary supervision and monitoring of indoor air in furniture markets needs to be enhanced. Indoor air pollution of free formaldehyde must be reduced by well ventilated in furniture markets. The plywood technological process needs to be improved in order to decrease formaldehyde pollution. Consciousness of indcor decoration pollution further needs to be enhanced by means of occupational and environmental health improve.
