摘要
建立了铽(Tb3+)-左氧氟沙星络合物荧光增敏法测定牛奶中左氧氟沙星的含量。左氧氟沙星与Tb3+结合后,543nm处出现络合物的强荧光峰。最终确定了测定条件:200倍的Tb3+,pH6.0醋酸-醋酸铵缓冲溶液,激发波长和发射波长为291和543nm。左氧氟沙星在0.01~2μg/ml范围内,浓度与荧光强度成良好的线性关系,检测限为2.5ng/ml。
Terbium (Tb^3+) -levofloxacin complex fluorescence enhancement method was established for determination of levofloxacin in milk. The fluorescence peak of terbium (Tb^3+) -levofloxacin complex was increased on 543nm. The determination condition was: 200 times Tb^3+, HOAc-NH4OAc buffer solution (pH 6.0), the excitation and emission wavelength was 291nm and 543nm. The calibration curve was liner in the concentration range of 0.01 - 2μg/ml. The detection limit was 2.5ng/ml.
