摘要
基于输电网线路参数的不确定特性,建立了交易裁减的模糊优化模型。在该模型中通过引入模糊安全约束,更有效地描述了交易裁减问题,在输电网运行的允许范围内实现了比非模糊优化模型更少的交易裁减量,从而提高了在阻塞情况下电力市场运营的经济效率。针对计及无功阻塞成本分配的研究较少,无功缺乏又是造成电压失稳、产生线路阻塞的重要原因,提出了基于Y-阵的有功、无功阻塞成本分配的数学模型。通过对IEEE多个输电系统某时段的电力交易中阻塞成本及其分配进行仿真计算。结果表明,此方法具有一定的经济实用价值。
This text based on circuit parameter of the power transmission network uncertain characteristic, set up fuzzy optimization model that trade cut down. Restrain fuzzily safely through introducing in this model, has described more effectively that cuts down the question in trade, have realized within the range of permission that the power transmission network operated that optimizes less cutting down amount of trade of models more fuzzily, thus improved the economic efficiency that the electric market runs under congestioning the situation. To count and have work not to block research that cost assign less, have work is it cause voltage lose steady producing circuit loaded important reasonning to lack, we have put forward on the basis of Y-matrix one gains merit, has no work to block the mathematics model that assigns of the cost. Through transmit electricity to a lot of IEEE system some electric transaction of period block the cost and assign artificial calculation.The result indicates, this method has certain economical and practical value.
