摘要
高校规模的迅速扩大,给学生党建工作带来了新的问题。新生党员资格审查、部分转入高校的新生党员素质较为薄弱;入党积极分子队伍庞大,培养教育考察任务繁重;片面追求发展党员的数量和比例;学生党组织建设滞后于学校规模变化发展,工作力量不足;学生入党后教育管理工作薄弱,党员作用发挥不利等等。论文对这些问题进行了认真的分析和思考,并从六个方面有针对性地提出了确保党建工作质量和水平,不断提升学生党建工作的新举措和新思路。
The rapid enlargement of college scale has brought new problems to the party construction among students. Such as qualification examination and the low quality of some of the party members who are freshmen in colleges ; the large group of party activists and the heavy task of cultivation, education and investigation; unilaterally pursuing the quantity and proportion of recruiting new party members ; the construction of students ＇ party organization＇ s lagging behind the change and development of the scale of colleges, and the lack of working power; the weakness of educational management work after students＇ joining the party ; and the unfavorable functioning of party members. From six aspects, the article puts forward the new measures and thoughts to ensure the quality and level of the work of party construction and constantly improve the work of students＇ party construction.
