摘要
目的:探讨新辅助放化疗治疗中晚期直肠癌的意义。方法:采用小量多次放疗配合卡培他滨口服后手术治疗,与直接手术组进行对比。结果:新辅助治疗组在提高保肛率、降低局部复发率及并发症率等方面优于对照组。结论:新辅助放化疗对中晚期直肠癌有积极意义。
