摘要
目的探讨适合直肠癌术前放疗患者围手术期皮肤护理方案，降低骶尾部皮肤破溃的发生率。方法以2002-2003年行术前放疗的30例直肠癌患者为对照组，接受常规皮肤护理；2004～2005年相同条件的42例患者作为实验组，手术后给予电动防压疮气垫床护理。结果实验组患者手术后放疗区域皮肤破溃率低于对照组（X^2=5．164，P=0．023）。结论护士要重视直肠癌术前放疗患者围手术期皮肤状态的评估及护理，手术后使用电动防压疮气垫床可起到预防手术后放疗区域皮肤破溃的作用。
Objective To reduce skin sore and identify appropriate preoperative nursing plan for rectal cancer patients received preoperative radiotherapy. Methods 30 rectal cancer patients with preoperative radiotherapy received routine nursing care in year 2002 and 42 patients in year 2004 received specific cutaneous nursing care with air mattress. Results Skin sore incidence of sacrococcygeal region was significantly reduced in the study group （X^2 = 5. 164, P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Assessment and skin nursing care of sacrococcygeal region should be involved in preoperative nursing plan for rectal cancer patients with preoperative radiotherapy. Applying of air mattress postoperatively may be helpful to control skin sore incidence.
