摘要
本文报道保幼激素类似物methoprene处理天蚕Antheraeayamamai5龄第4或第8天的幼虫,对蚕体生长发育及饲料转化效率的影响.蚕体重除5龄第4天15μg/头处理外,其余处理基本高于对照;后部丝腺鲜重与对照比,先低后高;中肠鲜重则基本上低于对照;五龄历期延长0.3~3d,取食量降低,茧层量、茧层率和叶丝相对转化率均有提高.从试验结果看,methoprene于天蚕五龄期处理有明显的增丝效果,且第8天处理的效果较第4天处理的好,前者以10μg/头处理的效果最佳,其茧层量、茧层率和叶丝相对转化率分别比对照高40.24%、29.49%和64.58%.
The effects of methoprene, a juvenile hormone analogue ,on the growth, development and food tranformation rate of Antheraea yamamai were studied. Except for the treatment with the dosage of 15 μg/larva on the 4th day of the 5th instar, the weights of body of the others were higher than that of control basically; the fresh weights of posterior silkgland were all first decreased, and then increased; the fresh weights of middle intestins were all decreased basically;the 5th stadium was prolonged 0.3~3 days, the amount of food taken was diminished, the weights of cocoon shell, the rates of cocoon shell and silk/food relative transformation were all improved.On the basis of the results from experiments,the conclusion was drawn that the application of methoprene during the 5th instar of A. yamamai can increase silk production, and the treatment on the 8th day was fitter than the treatment on the 4th day. After the application at the dosage of 10 μg/larva on the 8th day, the weight of cocoon shell,the rates of cocoon shell and silk/food relative transformation were higher 40.24% 、 29.49% and 64.58% higher than those of control respectively.
