摘要
在五龄前期使用MH后、五龄中期使用JHA,五龄发育经过与单独使用JHA相似,最大体重、总食下量和总消化量比对照区增加;并能促进丝腺的成熟生长,延缓后部丝腺细胞的解体,茧层量比对照区增加12.4%─21.7%,比单独使用JHA增加3%─5%;茧层生产效率和转化效率也有不同程度提高。
In this test ,ecdysone(MH) was applied in earlier stage of the 5th instar followed bythe application of juvenile hormone analogues(JHA)in the middle stage,The resultsshowed that the body weight,total amount of food ingested and total amount of fooddigested of the test group were higher than that of the control group.Development of thesilk gland was promoted.Cell disintegration in posterior silk gland was delayed.Cocoonshell weight was l2.4%-21.7%higher than that of the control,3%-5% higher thanthat of the group with the application of JHA alone. Cocoon shell production efficiencyand converting efficiency were increased at different levels.
