摘要
目的探讨黄柏中总糖的提取及其影响因素。方法利用6mol/L盐酸水解提取黄柏中总糖,用DNS法确定最佳条件及进行含量测定。结果最佳条件为:检测波长480nm,显色剂用量3ml,沸水浴中保持5min,黄柏中总糖含量为11.18%,RSD为1.14%(n=5)。结论本法测定黄柏中总糖,精密度、灵敏度都能符合食品分析的要求,分析结果可靠。
and the affacting Objective To investigate the factors. Methods The total optimized procedures for extracting total sugar from phelloodendron sugar was extracted with 6mol/L hydrochloric acid as solvent from phellodentron, 3,5 -dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS) colorimetry was used to determine the optimized condition and the quantity was also detected. Results The optimized procedures were: 480nm detecting wave length, 3ml color- developing agent, sunk in the boiling water for 5 minutes. The quantity of total sugar extracted from phellodendron was 11.18%, RSD was 1.14% ( n =5). Conclusion from phellodendron, the results can reach to the standards Using this method to determine the total sugar extracted of precision and sensitivity in food analysis.
