摘要
综述了国内外对苜蓿皂甙含量、影响皂甙含量的因素以及含量测定方法等方面的研究进展,同时对苜蓿皂甙的不同提取方法进行了详细论述,着重介绍了有机溶剂萃取法、大孔吸附树脂法、超声提取技术等在苜蓿皂甙提取中的应用。
The article has summarized some advances in the content of alfalfa saponin, the factors influencing the contend and methods for determination on alfalfa saponin. Meanwhile, it describes several methods of extraction on alfalfa saponin, which includes organic solvent extraction, macroporous resin adsorption and ultrasound assisted extraction technique.
