摘要
论述了湖南省农区发展草业的必要性,根据全省草业发展现状及存在的问题,提出了农区草业可持续发展的战略目标、发展对策和保障措施,为湖南省农区草业经济发展提供理论依据。
Necessarily for developing grain-forage integration system in Hunan province was discussed. Strategic target, measurement for sustainable development was put forward based on realistic constrains. The paper provided some guidelines to develop rural economy for this province.
