现代企业制度为企业文化的完善和健全提供实践认识基础,企业文化随着企业的发展不断充实其内容,企业文化体现了竞争规律、价值规律和供求规律,从而决定了企业制度的运作行为,文章探讨了建立企业文化的策略及对策。
Modern enterprise system provided the practice cognition basis for the improvement and perfection of corporate culture.
