摘要
以人才聚集效应的影响因素为研究对象构建区域人才聚集效应评价指标体系。利用熵权法和灰色聚类理论,建立基于灰色聚类的人才聚集效应评价模型,并且以我国中部六省数据为样本进行实证分析。结果表明:我国中部六省人才聚集效应呈现出不平衡性和层次性的特点,各省制约人才聚集效应增强的指标有差异。该研究为我国中部六省人才聚集效应的增强提供决策依据,为人才聚集效应的定量化评价提供一种新的模型和方法。
With talent accumulation effect influence factors as the research object, the article constructs the regional talent accumulation effect evaluation index system. The use of the Entropy Weight and Grey Clustering Theory establishes a talent accumulation effect evaluation model based on Grey clustering by six provinces in the central data as a sample for empirical analysis. The results show that the six provinces of central China talent accumulation effect show the characteristics of the unbalance and hierarchy. In addition, the increasing indicators effect of restricting talent accumulation in different prov- inces is different. The study for the six provinces of central China talent accumulation effect enhancement provides decision - making basis and the study for talent accumulation effect quantitative evaluation provides a new model and method.
