摘要
根据食用菌多糖的工艺特点与控制要求,建立了一个两级监控系统方案,上位机由工业计算机和通用监控系统(MCGS)组态软件组成,下位机则采用西门子S7-300系列可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)。详细阐述了系统的硬件配置、软件设计及上下位机之间的通讯。
According to the features and control requirement of the ultrasonic extraction of lentinan, a control system was set up. This system used IPC and monitor and control generated system （MCGS） as upper computer, S7-300 PLC as lower one. And this paper introduced the hardware structure, software design and the communication and connection of PLC and MCGS.
