摘要
基于现场总线Profibus,应用西门子S7-400系列PLC,通过西门子软件PCS7对各种模块进行了硬件和软件组态,设计并实现了啤酒凉酒过程的控制系统。通过Profibus和In-dustrial Ethernet连接DP站、现场面板和上位PC机,利用西门子PLC和PCS7强大功能,凉酒过程中的过程变量和生产流程都得到了很好的监控。使用自适应参数的改进PID控制算法,以麦汁温度控制为实例,其应用结果表明,该系统设计合理,运行稳定可靠,很好地满足了啤酒凉酒的工艺要求。
Based on Profibus, the control system in the process of beer brewing cooling is designed and implemented by the use of Siemens S7-400 series PLC and varieties of modules configured by PCS7. The DP stations, operation panels and PC are linked with each other by Profibus and Industrial Ethernet. PID algorithm improved as variable self-adapted is applied in control systems. The example for temperature control of wheat juice shows the advantage of this control system. The daily production results shows that this system is designed reasonably and satisfied for the requirement of the beer brewing cooling process.
