摘要
通过对油菜细胞质雄性不育系陕2A微粉恢保关系的研究表明:油菜细胞质雄性不育系陕2A微粉自交保持微粉不育;与萝卜细胞质不育系萝A杂交保持不育;与细胞核显性不育系9211A杂交大部分保持微粉不育,少部分保持无微粉不育;与细胞核隐性不育系117A。
The study on restoring and maintaining relationship of Shan 2A’ micropollen (CMS), indicated that the micropollen of Shan 2A still maintained its sterility by selfing and crossing with Turnip A (CMS), that most of the micropollen could maintain its sterility and some maintain their sterility with no micropollen by crossing with 9211A (nuclear dominant sterile line) and the fertility of micropollen could be restored bycrossing with 117A and S45A (nuclear recessive sterile line)
