摘要
多效唑对油菜雄性不育系陕2A不同播期微粉观察结果表明,多效唑-对微粉并不直接发生影响作用,而是通过延缓生长发育、推迟生育期,使小孢子发育处于温敏无粉发育后无微粉。使用多效唑可以提早10~15d播种,有利培育壮苗,使植株健茂而又无微粉,提高制种质量和产量。
The effect of MET to adjust flowering micropollen of CMS Shan 2A was observed The results showed that MET affected the flowering micropollen indirectly, through delay the growing period so as to prevent the development of micropollen under its temperature sensitive stage If MET were applied, the sowing seed time could be moved up for 10 days to 15 days It was useful for culturing vigorous seedlings, and healthy plant without micropollen to increase the purity and yield of hybrid seed
