摘要
根据我国法律规定,经济犯罪案件大多由公安机关直接受理立案侦查,但由于经济犯罪的复杂性、专业性、智能性,导致经济犯罪在很多情况下打击不力。我国经济犯罪职能管辖存在诸多缺陷,如何对其进行立法完善,具有重要的现实意义。
According to our law, the cases about economic crimes are mostly investigated and dealt with by public security organs. But due to its complexity, specialty and intelligence , economic crimes aren＇t prosecuted severely, The function jurisdiction of economic crimes has many shortcomings, therefore, how to perfect it has important current significance.
