摘要
随着经济的发展,社会对人才的需求发生了变化。高职院校实行学分制,有利于增加学生学习的自主程度,有利于培养社会所需的复合型人才。实行学分制应组建符合学分制要求的师资队伍并建立起与学分制相匹配的选课、奖励及免修等制度。
Along with the economical development, the society has had changes in the requirements for talented people. Implementation of the credit system in higher vocational colleges is of advantage in increasing students＇ independent degree of study and of advantage in training compound talented people who are needed in society. Implementation of the credit system requires building up a qualified teaching team, a course-choosing system, rewarding and credit course exemption rules which match the credit course system.
