文化是物化的精神。创建学校文化要以科学发展观统领教育教学活动,要有高素质的领导、教师的精心培育,以全体学生的全面发展为本,彰显人的尊严和价值,要在服务中育人,在教育全过程中实现。
Culture is the materialized spirit. Scientific development concept to guide the education and teaching activities is needed in the creation of school culture. Besides, to make it come true, high - quality leadership, teachers- carefully nurturing, and the overall development of all students oriented are necessary. We should also respect the students＇ human dignity and their value, educate them in the educational process. Only through the whole process of educating, can we achieve this aim.
