摘要
文章以高等职业教育的培养及学生思想道德现状为基础,从高等职业技术学院的学生思想道德教育模式的现实背景出发,分别采用问卷调查、座谈法、专家访谈等研究方法,对十一所高职学院的学生思想道德现状、心理健康及德育教育模式进行充分研究,并在对存在问题的学生情感因素、自我认识水平、教育方式和自我管理机构等产生原因进行综合分析的基础上,结合高职学院教学实际,从专业师资队伍建设、德育目标体系,心里健康引导和教育、职业道德教育、网络思政教育等方面进行理性思考,构建符合高等职业技术学院的思想道德教育发展的可行性对策。
The paper is based on the cultivation of high vocational education and students＇ present psychological and moral situation and the background is the education mode of high vocational school students＇ morality. A thorough study is made through questionnaire, talking and the ation, psychological problems and moral education mode of 11 interviewing of experts about the present moral situ- high vocational schools＇ students. Based on acom- prehensive analysis concerning causes of emotional factors, self-knowing levels, education mode and self-control- ling system of problem students, and together with teaching practice of high vocational schools, the paper includes a rational reasoning from the angle of building of professional teaching team, moral education object system, psy- chological guidance and education, professional ethics education and network political thought education, which form five feasible countermeasures for the development of moral education of high vocational schools.
