摘要
随着铁路运输的发展,货物车辆供给不足的问题日益突出.为了在铁路网上合理调配空车,根据空车走行费用及中转过程中时空延迟产生的额外管理费用之和最小的原则,同时考虑铁路的通过能力,建立了铁路空车调配优化模型,并用LINGO语言对模型案例求解.
With the development of railway transportation, the problem of wagon availability is becoming more and more serious. To properly dispatch these empty wagons, an optimized model is proposed for the empty wagon adjustment according to the minimal cost of the empty wagons' running cost and of the extra management cost due to the delay of time and space at transportation. In the meanwhile, the through capacity of line is also taken into consideration and the example of the model is resolved with the LINGO language.
