A discussion and defining of the concept of industry science capability

摘要 在宏观科学能力和微观企业能力研究的基础上,本文从科学与技术的本质区别和相互联系出发,强调企业科学研究的重要性,开创性提出企业科学能力的概念,从内部科学能力,外部科学能力的纬度探索性界定科学能力的核心组成因素:科学研究投入、科学研究管理、内部科学研究成果、与外部的学术交流合作、外部基础研究成果的购买与转让。 Basesd on the reference of nation science capability and industry capability, we develop the research to the capability of basic research in companies, discuss its definition and components: the out -firm science capability and the in-firm science capability, the investment, management, and outcome of the corporation' s activities in basic research.
