摘要
分析了航空武器装备项目的特点,提出了航空武器装备项目过程评估指标体系的设计原则;结合项目管理的相关知识,提出了航空武器装备项目过程评估的指标体系,并探讨了运用灰色关联理论确定评价指标权重的方法步骤。
