摘要
从联合基座出发,设计了方位基准传递系统,对天文/惯性组合测量系统进行方位标校。舰船在码头系泊状态下,在甲板坐标系内,通过简单的光学方法达到满意的标校精度。在方位基准传递系统中,通过电子经纬仪将舰船的方位基准(首尾线)传递给惯性平台,再经过光电准直仪,将方位基准传递给方位光学工装,最后经过光电准直仪将方位基准传递给天文经纬仪,完成了通过惯导平台的方位镜与方位光学工装实现了不同层甲板的方位标校。实际标校和对标校误差分析计算结果表明:总的标校精度约为5.66″,优于10″的精度要求,提高了系统安装精度。
The azimuth reference transmission system was designed based on united base for celestial/inertial integrated measure system. The high accuracy calibration was solved by a simple optical calibration method in the deck coordinate in the mooring condition. In azimuth reference transmission system, the azimuth reference(head and end line) of the ship was transferred to the prism of inertial platform, and then by passing the photoelectric autocollimator, the azimuth reference was transferred to the azimuth optical instrument; and then again by passing the photoelectric autocollimator, the azimuth reference arrived at the celestial theodolite. The azimuth calibration of different decks was realized by using the azimuth prism of inertial platform and the azimuth optical apparatus. The practical calibration and its error analysis shows that the final accuracy of the calibration is 5.66" and the result is better than the accuracy requirements of 10". Therefore the system installation accuracy is improved.
