摘要
信息社会信息作为一种资源已成为社会发展必不可少的基本条件,知识经济是建立在知识和信息的生产、分配和使用之上的经济,领导者决策是以全面、准确、科学的信息为基础和依据的。但是,信息的开发与利用是有前提的,因为信息是脑力劳动的成果,脑力劳动的成果是有产权的,即知识产权。对信息的开发利用要在保护知识产权的基础上进行。因此,为领导决策服务的信息工作和领导决策都要加强知识产权意识。
In information society, information is a resource and has become the postulate of the social development. Knowledge-based economy is an economy based on the production, distribution and utilization of knowledge and information. Leaders decision is based on the comprehensive, accurate and scientific information. But the development and utilization of information has the premise, because it is the results of brainwork, which has property right, ie, intellectual property, and it should be carried out on protecting intellectual property rights. So the information work and leaders＇ decision must strengthen the consciousness of intellectual property rights.
