摘要
信息处理技术与信息传输技术的快速发展,把人们带入了信息时代。信息覆盖了知识产权保护的客体,信息产权的核心仍旧是知识产权。为促使产业界更好地理解与实施"以信息化带动工业化"、推动立法部门更加重视信息立法以使上层建筑符合经济基础发展的要求,正确认识信息、信息产权及其与知识产权的关系,将有助于打好中国制订知识产权战略的理论基础。
With the quick development of the processing and transmitting technology of information, we have entered the information age. In order to help our industrial circles to better understand and implement 'developing industrialization based on information' and to promote the legislative institutions to work better for the superstructure to meet the requirements of the economic base, we should know better the relationship between information, information property and intellectual property and lay a solid theoretical foundation for China's strategy of intellectual property. Thus, information covers the object of intellectual property protection while the core of information property is still intellectual property.
