摘要
应用分光光度法进行了测定水中茶多酚浓度的试验,水中茶多酚浓度在50~5000mg/L范围时吸光度与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,R^2=0.9999,平均回收率为99.86%.相对标准偏差为1.90.测试结果表明,应用分光光度法测定水溶液中茶多酚浓度,精密度和准确度均能满足一般水分析试验的要求,且简单方便、在饮用水处理中茶多酚作为消毒剂时,分光光度法可以用于水中茶多酚浓度的测定.
Spectrophotometer method was developed to determine Tea Polyphenol (TP) concentration in water. The results of experiments show that the absorbency is well correlated with TP content in water within the range from 50 to 5 000 mg/L (R^2 = 0.999 9). The average recovery of UV is 99.86% (RSD = 1.90). Consequently, the spectrophotometer method, which is very convenient, applied in determining TP concentration in water can meet the need of precision and exactness in analyzing of water during the application of TP as drinking water disinfector.
