摘要
厘清教育与人力资源的关系,特别是教育促进人力资源生长的机理,是提升人力资源生长水平的关键。影响人力资源生长的基本要素有自然环境、本土文化、经济形态、学校教育和个体自组织能力等。人力资源的生长状况存在标准化人力资源和本土化人力资源的类别分化,二者生长过程不同,影响因素的作用方式和程度亦不同。学校教育对标准化人力资源生长影响远胜于对本土化人力资源生长影响,而自组织对本土化人力资源生长影响远胜于对标准化人力资源生长影响。
To clarify the relationship between education and human resources, especially the mechanism of how education promotes the growth of human resources, is the key to upgrading the level of human resources development. The essential elements that affect the growth of human resources are natural environment, local culture, economic form, schooling and individual's self-organizational ability, etc. The growth of human resources can be categorized as the standardized human resources and the localized human resources. With different growing processes, they differ in the way and degree of the influence factors. Schooling exerts much bigger influence on the growth of the standardized human resources than that of the localized human resources, nevertheless, the influence of self-organization upon the growth of the localized human resources is much more powerful than that of the standardized human resources.
