The Eshelby and Mori-Tanaka theories in micromechanics are used for considering the interaction of fibers and microcracks and predicting the effective thermal expansion coefficients of fiber composite materials. The effects of fiber volume fraction and microcrack density on the thermal mechanical behavior of the material are also studied. The developed method provides a theoretical basis for thermal stress analysis.
