摘要
对不同颗粒尺寸的Al2O3填充聚砜(PSF)基复合材料的线性热膨胀系数进行了测量。在65-145℃范围内,复合材料的热膨胀系数随温度变化较小,尺寸稳定性较好。复合材料的热膨胀系数,主要由两相的热膨胀系数及填充体积决定,同时受到两相界面、抗压应力的影响。在65、105℃下,复合材料的热膨胀系数与填料颗粒的尺寸无关;当测量温度为145℃时,在较低填充量下,填料颗粒越小,复合材料热膨胀系数越小。这与复合材料中两相界面及抗压应力有关。
The coefficient of linear thermal expansion was investigated on polysulfone polymer composites filled with Al2O3particles of different size.The change of thermal expansion coefficient is not apparent from 65℃to 145 ℃.The coefficient of linear thermal expansion of composites is mainly determined by the thermal expansivity of two phases and the loading level of filler,as well as the interface and compressive stresses between two different phases. The thermal expansion did not show close relative dependence on the particle size when the temperature is 65℃ or 105℃.However,when the experimental temperature is 145 ℃ at a low loading level,the smaller size of the particle,the lower coefficient of linear thermal expansion is.This phenomenon relates to interface and compressive stresses between two different phases.
