β-七叶皂甙钠对癫痫患者血浆TNF-α和IL-1β的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨β-七叶皂甙钠对癫痫患者血浆TNF-α和IL-1β的影响,寻找癫痫患者免疫治疗的方法。方法将46例癫痫患者随机分为实验组和对照组,所有病例均在第1天和治疗14 d抽血应用ELISA法检查TNF-α和IL-1β,并选取同期健康体检者32例作为健康对照组。结果第1天实验组和对照组TNF-α和IL-1β的含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组与健康对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);14 d后TNF-α和IL-1β含量:实验组较对照组和发病初期明显下降(P<0.01),与健康组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论β-七叶皂甙钠具有抑制TNF-α和IL-1β的表达和释放,从而抑制免疫机制在癫痫发病中的作用。 Objective To explore the effect of tumor necrosis factor - α and interleukin - 1 β of plasma on seizures patient with sodium aescinte, and look for the method of immunity therapy on seizures patients. Methods Forty - six seizures patients were randomly divided into experiment group (25 patients )and control group (21 patients ), tumor necrosis factor- α and interleukin- 1β of plasma were detect by ELISA method on all patients at the first clay( before treatment)and the 14th clay after treatment. Meanwhile, chose 32 patients of health examination as health control group. Results The first clay ( before treatment) :the content of tumor necrosis factor - α and interleukin - 1 β of experiment group and control group had no difference ( P 〉 0.05 ), the experiment groups and control group was higher than health control group( P 〈0.01 ). The 14th clay ( after treatment) :the content of tumor necrosis factor - α and interleukin - 1β of experiment group was less than control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) , the experiment group and health control group had no differen ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The sodium aescinte can inhibit the expression and secretion of tumornecrosis factor -α and interleukin - 1β on seizures patients ; and inhibit the immunity mechanism of seizure.
