摘要
制造业是一国经济的主要支柱,其生存、发展和壮大离不开技能型人力资本。技能人才特别是高技能人才是一国或地区制造业发展的核心资源,是影响企业竞争力、产业竞争力和区域竞争力的核心要素之一。要实现中国制造向中国创造的转变,提升中国制造业企业的核心竞争力,使中国真正成为制造业强国,技能型人才是必不可少的核心要素和资源。因此,完善技能型人才评价机制,建设技能型人才的激励机制,加强企业、社会、学校对技能型人才的培训,从而增大技能型人才特别是高技能型人才的供给,将是我国制造业成长壮大的关键。
Manufacturing is an important support of one country' s economic. Manufacturing can not survival, development and grandness without skill person. The skill person especially high skill person is core resource of the development of manufacturing of one country or area. Skill person is one of core factors which influence enterprise competitive, industry competitive and area competitive. To achieve the transit from made in China to creative in China, advance the core competitive of our country' s manufacturing enterprise competitive, skill person is absolutely necessarily factor and resource.
