摘要
目的:探讨祛银颗粒治疗血热型银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用多中心观察的方法。共选取血热型银屑病148例,其中祛银颗粒治疗组86例,消银片对照组62例,疗程为4周。结果:治疗组总有效率为52.33%,对照组总有效率为27.41%,差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论:祛银颗粒治疗血热型银屑病安全、有效。
Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Quyin Granule in the treatment of blood heat type of psoriasis. Methods： One hundred and forty - eight patients were recruited in this multiple center clinical trial and were assigned to either the test group （86 cases） treated with Quyin Granule or the control group （62 cases） treated with the XiaoYin Tablet. The cours for both groups was 4 weeks. Results： The response rates were 52.33 % in the test group and 27.41% in the control group respectively, with a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion： Quyin Granule is effective and safe in the treatment of blood heat type of psoriasis.
