摘要
在对大型集群工程项目建设采用"独立第三方综合考评"制度的数据进行分析的基础上,基于项目施工综合考评的指标体系,建立了模糊层次综合考评模型一和模型二,通过实际项目的计算及对比分析,证明了模型二对实际施工单位评价的拟合度高,更切合实际,为综合考评提供了定量依据,也为大型工程项目建设的考评提供了可供借鉴的方法.
Based on the index system on comprehensive assessment of project construction, this paper analyses datas of “the independent third-part comprehensive assessment” system for the construction of large engineering project. Hence, Model I and Model II were established for fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive assessment. Through calculation and contrastive analyses of concrete projects, the proof has been found. Model II has greater fitness and more practical than Model I for the real rating of construction units. This model provides the quantitative basis for comprehensive assessment. It can also supply a reference method for the assessment of the prospective large engineering project management.
