摘要
本文在对广州市越秀区重点企业经济系统的历史数据进行分析的基础上，提出了考虑专家经验和政策软投入的综合预测模型，利用该模型对重点企业进行了九十年代的经济预测和经济政策评价。它对制定区街企业的发展方向起到了导向性作用，为广州市“越秀区科技兴区规划”②的制定提供了科学的定量依据。
篒n this paper，based on analying the data of important enterprise economic sys-tems of Guangzhou Yue Xiu District，We establish the synthetic forecast model consideringexpert konwledge and policy investment，and apply this model to do economic forecast andpolicy appraisal for nineteen ninties．This informatiom provide a course for making out thedeveloping plan of district enterprise，and provide a quantitative basis for making out theplan″science and technoledge can develop Yue Xiu District of Guangzhou.″
