摘要
通过探讨高职院校图书馆开展网络参考咨询服务的内涵及服务的主要形式,阐述了高职院校图书馆网络参考咨询服务的现状,提出了加强高职图书馆网络参考咨询服务的措施。
In light of the discussions on the connotation and the primary forms of the network consultation services conducted in the library of higher vocational colleges, the article expounds on the status of the network consultation services and proposes some measures on how to strengthen the network consultation services in the library of higher vocational colleges
