叶黄素对小鼠免疫功能影响的研究

摘要 选用8月龄的小鼠作为实验对象,随机分成实验组、对照组。实验组灌胃叶黄素单体(1.2mg/kgBW.d);对照组灌胃等量的油。45d后,两组小鼠均进行迟发型过敏反应(DTH)、血清溶血素、抗体生成细胞(PFC)和碳廓清速率指标的检测。实验组与其对照组的DTH(P<0.05)、血清溶血素、PFC(P<0.01)有显著差异,而碳廓清水平无显著差异。结果表明,叶黄素主要影响小鼠细胞和体液免疫。 Eight month old mice were chosen as the experimental objects. They were randomly divided into two different groups including experimental group and compared group. The experimental mice group was orally given lutein dissolved in edible oil (1.2mg/mL) with the dosage of 0.5mg/d for each mouse, while the compared mice group was also orally given the same dosage of oil 45 days later, all the mice of the three groups above were examined with the following indices: delayed type hypersensitivity ( DTH), serum hemolysin, plaque forming cell(PFC), carbon particle clearance rate and so on. There' s a significant difference between experimental and compared mice group. The result shows that lutein' s effects on immune function of mice are based on the three indices above.
