摘要
介绍了葡萄糖生产工艺和葡萄糖的基本性质，阐述了冷却结晶的影响因素，提出了适宜可行的工艺参数。
In this paper, the process and the character of the glucose were introduced, the affect of cooling crystallization was discussed, and the proper technological parameter was raised.
