摘要
以轮齿断裂的失效形式为例介绍因果分析法,借助该分析法能全面系统地分析失效的各因素,找出故障真正的、主要的原因,是生产实际中将设备维护管理与故障诊断有机结合的一种行之有效的分析方法。
Taking the gear tooth＇s break expiration form as an example, the author introduces the causal analytical method. With the aid of such method, various factors of expiration could be comprehensively analyzed, and the main reasons could also be discovered. Thus it is an effective method that could combine equipment maintenance and management with fault diagnosis together in the process of practical produce.
