摘要 数控车床是典型的高技术机电产品,为了对数控车床出现故障后进行有效的故障分析,本文介绍了一种十分实用的事后故障分析方法———因果图法,它是将产品或系统的故障作为“结果”,以导致系统故障的诸因素作为“原因”,画出图形,进而从错综复杂、多种多样的故障原因中找出故障主要因素。本文以数控车床加工的齿轮轴向尺寸偶然超差故障为例,详细介绍了因果图分析的过程,并通过跟踪验证表明因果图分析的正确性。 CNC lathes are typically high - tech mechatronic equipment. In order to analyze failure efficiently when it happens, the cause - result diagram, a failure analysis method after happening of the failure was introduced. It regards the failure of product or system as effect and the factors causing system failure as cause, plots and then gets the main factor from various complicated factors. The failure that the axes size of gear machined by CNC lathes exceeded its tolerance accidentally was analyzed by using the cause - result diagram. As a case, the analysis process was presented particularly, and the experiment result shows that the failure analysis by using the cause -result diagram is right.
