摘要
为了降低产品成本,提高经济效益,在保证产品性能的情况下,充分挖掘电工纯铁性能的潜力,为此将纯铁零件的加工工艺进行适当地调整。在用电工纯铁加工零件之前,应对材料磁性能进行测试,若磁性能满足产品的要求,零件真空退火工序就不必进行。这样,在缩短电工纯铁磁性零件加工周期的同时,也节省了零件真空退火的费用,从而使产品成本得到降低。
In order to reducing production cost and increasing economy benefit, the processing technology of pure iron parts is adjusted. According to improved processing technology, the magnetism of electric pure iron should be tested before it is machined. If the magnetism contents production requirement, the vacuum anneal of parts couldn' t carry on. This method can cut the period of machining parts, also can economize the charge of parts vacuum anneal.
