摘要
本文设计了一款新型混合式汽车继电器,适用于在混合式汽车直流电压等级提升的工况。相较于传统汽车继电器,该汽车继电器的触头具有双断口、触点距离大等特点。通过搭建基于高速摄像机的动态特性拍摄系统,对新型混合式汽车继电器的运动过程、不同电压下的合闸分闸曲线以及不同线径线圈的合闸时间等动态特性进行了测试与分析。结果表明,所设计的汽车继电器具有较好的动态特性。
This paper designs a new hybrid automotive relay for use in hybrid DC voltage ratings.Compared with the traditional automotive relay,the contact of the automotive relay has the characteristics of double fracture and large contact distance.By constructing a dynamic camera system based on high-speed cameras,the dynamic characteristics of the new hybrid car relays,the closing curve of different voltages,and the closing time of different wire diameter coils were tested and analyzed.The results show that the designed automotive relay has better dynamic characteristics.
