摘要
将卡尔曼滤波理论和高频信号注入法结合起来,利用高频信号注入法检测电机凸极效应跟踪转子位置,设计卡尔曼位置观测器,消除系统噪声和测量噪声的影响,来准确观测低速及零速情况下无位置传感器永磁同步电机的转子位置。通过仿真验证表明,在有系统噪声和测量噪声的情况下,基于卡尔曼位置观测器的脉动高频信号注入法能够有效去除干扰噪声,精确地跟踪转子位置。
A method using high-frequency voltage signal injection and Kalman filter to estimate the rotor position of permanent synchronous motor (PMSM) was presented in this paper. When a fluctuating high - frequency voltage signal was injected into stator winding, the corresponding current signal containning information of rotor position was demodulated and delivered into a Kalman rotor - position - estimator, then the rotor position would be detected exactly. The simulation results verified this method can track the rotor position accurately, even though the system noise and measurement noise exist in the control system.
