中药复方转移因子对SiO_2致肺纤维化的干预作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨中药复方转移因子对巨噬细胞接触SiO2颗粒后分泌细胞因子的干预作用。方法将Wistar大鼠一次性腹腔注入1ml灭菌的SiO2颗粒溶液,随机分为中药复方转移因子低剂量组、中药复方转移因子高剂量组、生理盐水对照组,并预相应的药物干预。第1~6天分别抽取腹腔液,用ELISA法检测各组大鼠在不同时间段分泌的细胞因子。结果白细胞介素-8(IL-8)在用药5d后其含量降低;白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)在用药1d后其含量升高;转化生长因子(TGF-β)在用药6d后其含量降低。结论中药复方转移因子可使IL-10、IL-13分泌加强,IL-8、TGF-β分泌减弱,抑制其他巨噬细胞对SiO2颗粒提呈功能,减少巨噬细胞的损伤,从而抑制矽肺肺纤维化的形成。 Objective To probe the intervening effects of Chinese medicine compound transfer factor on cytokines secreted after macrophage contacting SiO2 particle. Methods Wistar rats were injected 1 ml sterile solution of SiO2 particle in the enterocoelia and then divided randomly into three groups: compound transfer factor low-dose group, compound transfer factor high-dose group, normal sodium control group, and took corresponding medicine to interfere. The liquid of enterocoelia was taken respectively from 1 to 6 days. These secretary factors of each rat group were detected with ELISA method at different times. Results IL-8 may decrease its contents after it took medicine 5 days later; IL-10 may increase its contents after it took medicine one day later. IL-β may increase its contents after it took medicine one day later; TGF-β may decrease its contents after it took medicine 6 days later. ConcIusion Chinese medicine compound transfer factor can strengthen the secretion of IL-10 and IL-β, decrease the secretion of IL-8 and TGF-β. It can inhibit other macrophages presentation of SiO2 particle, decrease macrophages' injuries to suppress the formation of pulmonary fibrosis by silicosis.
