DNA甲基化和动脉粥样硬化研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 DNA甲基化是基因组一个主要遗传外修饰方式,它能够调控基因表达。最近的研究表明在动脉粥样硬化发生过程中有DNA甲基化的异常发生。在动脉粥样硬化中DNA甲基化模式的紊乱表现为基因组广泛低甲基化和某些CpG岛的异常高甲基化共存。DNA甲基化的改变及其所引起的基因表达异常可能在高同型半胱氨酸血症和衰老致动脉粥样硬化发生过程中起了重要作用。进一步研究DNA甲基化在动脉粥样硬化中的改变,可能为动脉粥样硬化的诊断和治疗提供新途径。
