摘要
出租汽车运营数量的剧增给交通管理带来了巨大的压力,同时运营效率的下降、空驶成本的上升、乘车难的问题也随之而来。近年来由于全球定位系统和无线通信技术的发展,使人们对移动目标进行远程监控调度成为可能。针对出租汽车运营管理信息化的要求,文中主要论述了基于GPS的出租汽车监控调度管理系统的工作原理及主要功能结构。实际应用表明:采用该系统可大大缩短车辆的空驶时间,提高运营效率。
The rapid growth of taxi quantity gives an immense pressure to the traffic management. At the same time, more problems come out, such as decreasing of taxi running efficiency, going-up of the cost for vacant driving, difficulty for taxi riding and so on. In recent years, it is possible to make long-range monitoring and dispatching of the mobile objectives due to the development of Global Positioning System and wireless communication technology. This paper discusses the working principle and main function structures of the taxi monitoring and dispatching management system based on GPS in dealing with the requirement of vehicles management informatization. Actual application indicates that this system has fairly raised the taxi running efficiency, and reduced the time for vacant driving.
