摘要
以郑单958玉米杂交种及其亲本和12对玉米SSR位点引物为材料,筛选出适合该杂交种纯度鉴定的SSR引物,并对利用嫩芽和干种子为材料提取DNA的效果进行了比较,建立了一套利用SSR标记技术快速、简便进行玉米杂交种纯度鉴定的技术规程。
In this experiment, hybrid maize Zhengdan 958 and its parents were employed as materials, and 12 pairs SSR primers were used to identify the seed purity of hybrid maize Zhengdan 958. As a result, the SSR primer was screened and suitable for identifying the seed purity of Zhengdan 958. Moreover, the effects of young bud and dry seed on extracting DNA were compared, and a procedure which could rapidly and easily identify the seed purity of maize hybrid was set up by SSR marker.
